How exact these timings are

Nakshatra start and end times were checked against Drik Panchang and agreed within about 2 minutes. Another Panchang, app or almanac may show a time a minute or two different.
Planet sign-change (Gochar) times depend on the ayanamsha a source uses. Sources differ by a few arcseconds, which moves the Moon by under a minute but the Sun by about 6 minutes and a slow planet such as Jupiter by up to about an hour.
The Moon's Rashi times are worked out by dividing each nakshatra into four equal parts, so they can be off by several minutes.
Take a margin. If something matters, do not act in the first or last hour of a window, and confirm it with a Panchang you trust.

I understand these timings can differ from other sources by a few minutes, and by up to about an hour for slow planets, and I will decide accordingly.
